Cancellation & Refund Policy - Mountain Honey Bee

At Mountain Honey Bee, we take immense pride in delivering 100% pure, natural, raw, and unprocessed Himalayan honey directly from our bee farms in Kullu Manali, Himachal Pradesh. Since honey is a natural food product, we adhere to strict quality and hygiene standards.

1. Returns & Exchanges (Food Safety Policy)

Due to health, hygiene, and food safety regulations, opened or used honey jars cannot be returned or refunded.

We only accept return/replacement requests if:

You received a damaged or broken jar during transit.

You received a wrong item or incomplete shipment.

2. Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery:

Provide clear photos or a short video showing the damaged package/product as proof.

Once verified by our team, we will process a free replacement or a full refund as per your preference.

3. Cancellations

Before Shipment: You can cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched. Once canceled, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

After Shipment: Once the package is handed over to our courier partner and dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.

4. Refund Process & Timeline

Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking) within 5 to 7 working days.

In cases of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after verifying account details with the customer.
